Well, now how bad do you think I feel after visiting Social Sparks to approve a friend request and checking the users and finding that I only have 20 friends and 6 props and my profile was only viewed 36 times. I guess 16 people didn’t think I was good enough for them and at least 6 believes in equality. I guess I should be more sociable.
I should start a campaign and ask everyone to be my friend and just go through and prop any and all. I guess if people wanted to be hateful they could go around and drop you instead of giving a thumbs up. I should really try to take a few opps regardless of the pricing fluctuation because my stats certainly don’t look very enticing to an advertiser.
Since I wrote a post on my other blog about being a procrastinator maybe I’ll wait till next week to get started. As I’ve mentioned before the only money I make with my blogs are through PPP and that’s only part time. I have taken 139 opps in a years time on 3 blogs, of course I could have taken many more, but chose not to. Who knows how many I might have taken if they had paid more.
I disclose that since doing these posts I have made 1,709. that pays for my hosting and other Internet incidentals so I’m not out of pocket. I notice that some people make close to that in one month, now that’s a lot of posting and I’m just not that ambitious. It matters not to me how other people choose to make their money online unless of course they’re scamming and ripping people off.
By the way the post I wrote about why I might bounce from your site so quickly was in response to many statements I have seen about bloggers getting upset about others dropping and running. I personally don’t care about my bounce rate I’m simply happy to get a drop on my card because it helps my rating go up.
If people stop every once in awhile and leave a comment they also get a link back because I am a do follow blog, then that’s just icing on the cake. I really don’t have time to comment on everyone’s blog and I know others don’t either. I simply appreciate the drop.
After the trouble I’m having with Bluehost this morning I can certainly understand why I don’t have any unique visitors registered half the time, Bluehost wont even let them in to bounce let alone drop. I guess I better copy this so I don’t have to start from scratch if it goes away while I’m trying to Publish. Okay enough of my rambling, I think it’s time for a nap.
