When I saw this sweepstakes for a chance to win a Nintendo® Wii™. I got excited because even though I don’t play I know my son would love to have it and it would make the perfect Christmas gift. I read all of the information to see what I needed to do to qualify because for myself I was more interested in the auction that Charter will have during the same time for the high speed Internet for life. The bidding starts at 10.00 and they don’t have a reserve set so who knows where it might go.

I spend over 400 dollars a year for DSL and I’ve had it for 10 years so that’s a lot of money, but of course it’s easier to spend a little a month than a whole chunk of change at once. They might not have a reserve, but I always have a set price that I’d be willing to go in an auction. I’ve seen some very competitive people at auctions and it can get pretty intense, but bidding online is a bit different.

I was so disappointed when I preregistered and this is what I saw, “Sorry, but Charter Communication does not provide service in your area.” So that means I am shut out of bidding in the auction or entering the sweepstakes to win the Nintendo® Wii™. You have to preregister by the 11th of this month (March,08)to be eligible to bid. Bidding starts the 12th and ends on the 26th.

With the Charter high speed Internet for life you also get according to their site “, a Gateway Modem, Free Installation, and an official document stating that you were the highest bidder that way can prove it’s yours for life. You’ll need to go check all the details for your self. I love sweepstakes and contest, but I have yet to be announced a winner.
