If you own a business you probably already send out business holiday cards to your clients because I’m sure you know that it adds that human touch and makes your clients feel like you care. I love it when companies take the time to send me a remembrance. It makes me feel special.

I also think it’s great when large companies design scholarship contests to help young people with their careers and try to help with education. It shows they care about more than just making a buck of course it also makes for good advertising.

There is a 10,000 dollar Christmas cards scholarship contest going on right now. It started Oct. 1st and runs through Jan. 15th 2008 for high school students. Simply apply to create a greeting card and upload, a graphic, your artwork or a photo. I think this is a wonderful idea from the gallerycollection.com anything that can help students is fine by me.

Usually I feel very blessed that I have lived so long, but then sometimes I worry about getting even older and losing my abilities to think properly and function in a productive way, but mostly I just take it one day at a time and try my best to be grateful for everything in my life.

I think we are living a lot longer and it seems like the quality of life has been improving. People seem to care more even though all we hear about are the bad things that happen everyday. Our young people as a whole seem so much smarter than when I was young. It’s truly amazing that families still have such close ties and bonds in the chaos that we hear about all the time.

It’s really great to see the strong fiber and morals that are all around us and the way our young people care about the world and the people in their life. Of course you run across a few that care about nothing but self, but the majority are great and we have a few around here that walk right down the middle of the street and dare you to move in your vehicles. Of course I never make eye contact because they remind me of hungry little wolves. So I patiently wait for them to saunter off.

Just because we only hear or see the bad deeds doesn’t mean that is the way for the majority and so I am grateful to see the world each morning I wake up even though I have to look in the mirror sometimes to remember who I am. I’m grateful for each passing year.

Well ” Good morning Blogosphere ” looks like the top earning postie for payperpost has the inside scoop on the new payperpost venture. Does anybody have any Izea what it is? Well it is being revealed very soon and everyone has been waiting with very high expectations.

Is this the new blogosphere’s answer for the future of e-commerce advertising? Did everyone just think paid advertising would just go away because of Google? Well of course they did, but guess what?….It’s not going anywhere. Actually it will get stronger and regardless of Google’s demoting of page rank it will not deter bloggers that have high traffic from reaping the rewards of monetary gain.

Apparently there are at least 80,000 bloggers that are now enjoying the experience of making extra money at home. So many have tried to earn a living to help support their family by working many online marketing scams that just don’t stand up and they get discouraged so why condemn anyone that can make a few bucks or many bucks by writing reviews and ads?

I know many blogs just seem like one ad after another, but it’s a living and at least it’s an honest living. No one says you have to click on anything, but most bloggers try to integrate certain opportunities they they at least know a little something about into their blogs and make it, hopefully sound interesting. I know I try my best to do exactly that.

The money I make pays for my hosting and blogging since my other business has been put on hold and I enjoy finding ways to make something sound normal and if it doesn’t I am extremely sorry, but I do try. The new age of making money without worrying about page rank has arrived, now all we have to worry about is traffic which could prove to be worse than low page rank.

Traffic is the number one worry for everyone and we all scratch our heads when we beat our brains out to get it and it doesn’t happen the way we think it should. I think if we provide good content it will eventually build up, but it doesn’t happen over night no matter how hard we try, but if we keep on keeping on it will happen sooner or later and lets hope it’s sooner.
