The Learning Curve On How To Invest And Prosper Free

I have always wanted to learn how to play the stock market and even watched the stock market channel and tried to read some of those publications to try and figure it out, but it just didn’t make sense to me because I was on my own and I knew I was in over my head, what do I know about the dow being up or down and when to buy or when to sell and how about those T bills and caps and all that alien stuff. Well I’m tired of feeling stupid and I want to learn how to invest money and make a profit, but I need help.

MyWallSt.net is a place where I can finally learn and have the social networking with people that know how to invest. I signed up for free, but felt silly filling out the profile because of some of the questions they asked about which types of stocks I was interested in because I wasn’t sure I clicked them all. Some I just left blank for now till I figure everything out and learn some more so I can join the rookie challenge.

Now if you actually have some inkling at all about the stock market you can join the rookie challenge game where you can buy and sell stocks with virtual money in a simulated environment and compete against other players and actually win real money. I don’t trust my hunches enough to even try and compete at this stage, but you might be interested to try your luck.

At this point I am simply happy to find this social network so I will have more experienced people to learn from. I will be visiting the forum next so I can get started so I’ll type at you soon.

Leaving Comments That Are Relevant

With marketing it’s important to join forums and message boards and leave relevant comments on other peoples blogs that are relevant to yours. Spam just isn’t tolerated anymore and if you are trying to get exposure for your site you need to be very careful because there is a fine line between marketing and spamming and what you consider as good marketing others consider as spam and will report you.

When I first started blogging I really didn’t understand that it was important that people leave relevant comments to a post you had written. I simply thought any comment was good whether they just said hi, how are you or whatever I would approve it, but now that I have been blogging for awhile I know the difference between spam and relevant comments.

For instance I just deleted a comment that looked okay, but I knew it was from an affiliate marketer because he was using the tiny url to redirect to a product he was trying to sell and the comment had nothing to do with the post about reviewing my site and getting the best written marketing books ever published.

Sometimes though if I think the information might be relevant to what I have written and it’s left at the wrong post I will move it to the proper post and if the comment is relevant and has too many urls I will delete the extra urls then okay it. No one needs to have more than 1 clickable url in a comment, but I guess that depends. I know Akismet is set to catch any comment that has 2 urls listed.

I am slightly concerned that someone will leave a perfectly good comment the first time and after they are approved start spamming afterwards, so I think I am going to change the settings to every single comment must be approved before being published although nothing like that has happened yet.

I really haven’t decided how to make this a unique blog yet because I know there are so many like mine out there and I would like to get more readers. I’m thinking about changing the title and I have been looking for a different template because I want a different feel and I don’t want to feel like I have to stay in a specific niche. I like it when people think I have information that is helpful to them and leave those relevant comments or ask me for help.

If Your A Vet See What Benefits Your Entitled To

Yourvabenefits.com has a lot of resourceful information for veterans. I know lots of vets that don’t realize all the help that is out there that they are entitled to. I know when Bill came back from Vietnam he went straight to work and didn’t ask the government for 1 penny and he was entitled to so much and still is. He was made to feel like a criminal and just wanted to put it behind him, but the point is many don’t realize how much help they can get for themselves and there family.

This site isn’t connected with the Veterans Affairs or any government agency, but they have information about the GI bill and loans that the government will help you with plus they supply info about homeless vet benefits, rehab and employment services, and how to get a VA home mortgage. They have a link on their site so you can reach the vets org., but they are apparently updating that site so the only link that works is their mailing link if you need to reach them. Veterans should be taken care of because they have done so much for us and I appreciate everyone of them. I am very grateful that my nephew made it home safely from Iraq and I hope he takes advantage of all the information provided here.
