Everyone needs protection for their network whether it’s at the office or on your home computer you need a content filter to keep out dangerous threats, viruses, spyware, and everything else that malicious people think up to throw at you.

I myself use the free version of Zone Alarm, but am thinking about upgrading to the professional edition for more protection. I haven’t decided yet, but I’ve been reading the reviews at filterguide.com. They have other security tools for spam, anti virus, parental control ( which I don’t have to worry about that one, thank goodness ), and spyware that I might like better and reading about the different applications help me to make up my mind.

I always like to find a product that provides the most features for the least money, but definitely it has to do a quality job. I pride myself on getting good bargains and it helps when you can read other people’s reviews about a product before you purchase it.

However I am a comparison shopper so I always check more than one source and usually always look for coupon codes that can be used unless they already give a good discount. You should always read reviews before you buy anything. It wont hurt to check out the site above before you buy that much needed software.

I did a post about Thoof the other night and that was the first I had heard of the site. I then joined and am excited about submitting posts and receiving traffic from them. So far I haven’t submitted anything from here, but I have submitted two of my post from my beauty blog. We can all use the exposure and this is as good a way as any. I also use sk*rt to submit different post and that is another source of traffic. I really haven’t been receiving many visits from the social sites, but my Google traffic has picked up a bit.

I then put the thoof rank badge on those post and I will watch to see if anyone finds them of interest. I wasn’t going to use the button because I didn’t want to see how bad I was going to do, but changed my mind. I need to start work on trying to exchange links or get more people to link to that blog’s different posts.
