We had a nasty snow storm this past week and silly me thought I was going to help shovel snow, which I did. Old people should not shovel snow especially if you know your back isn’t in good shape, so guess what?  I pulled a muscle in my back. In case there are other stubborn people out there that don’t like going to the Dr., heating pads are great, but I used some of those heat activated patches that you attach to your body and it really helped a lot.

I don’t want to be attached to the bed all day with the heat pad. So these patches were a great invention. I hate smelling the icy hot and all that medicated stuff so these are great for mobility.

Hopefully it will go away soon because spring is right around the corner and I have a million things to do around the house, not to mention riding the bike. Going to bed now, have a great day.
