Xflowsion Is The 3 in 1 Fitness Program To Use

jude8753 | Healthy Living | Tuesday, 30 September 2008

How many of you try all the new fitness programs out there? I know when I was younger I tried many of them and each one helped in it’s own way, but I would soon get tired of it. I have bought so much exercise equipment over the years and it usually ended up in a yard sale after I used it to hang clothes own for awhile or used it for a few times. The last product I bought was The Bean because of my back, I thought I would rock myself back to some sort of health, but it is now deflated and sitting in the closet.

If you are trying to get in shape, but don’t want to go to a gym like myself then you might be interested in XFLOWSION. Even though you may be more motivated around other people I am not because I am very self conscious. I prefer to try programs at home and for 3 payments of 19.95 that’s affordable for me. I’ve spent lots more than that over the years for equipment I basically throw away because I get to that point when I don’t lose any more, I plateau and this program promises me a break through.

This fitness program which you can do in your own home and even get the family involved in combines 3 different techniques which are power yoga, dance, and martial arts. It’s said that you get results in 1/3 of the time also from stretching, sculpting, and yuck, sweating, but hey we need to rid our body of all those toxins. I’m sure if you’re a health nut you have already seen this workout advertised because it’s been in many top magazines already and there is a 30 day money back guarantee.

The celebrity fitness trainer Eric Paskel created this 3 in 1 program and from reading about it on the site it says regardless of my age or the fitness  level that I am that I can be helped. I could always call up a few of my old buddies from work and we could have workout parties in the basement and we always had lots of fun when we got together and it would be motivation for our little group instead of the gym which for the most part you pick up way too many germs this would be ideal.

I can make a new page and add a link to your blogs, but you would need to leave your blog address, I’m really sorry and do apologise, Thanks for your understanding.

Vacation Is Over Thanks For Visiting

jude8753 | Beauty Misc | Monday, 29 September 2008

We made it home, but it took a couple days to recuperate from our vacation. Why is it that you go on vacation to get away from it all, but find out that some vacations can be more stressful than others and so tiring. The highlight of course was seeing my son and family and spending time together.

It will take me several days to go through the cards that were dropped and calculate the ec ’s, but I will be sure to send out the credits by Wednesday. I really appreciate the visit and for each drop I am giving 10. Maybe I’ll just go through each day and send so I don’t miss anyone unless they are regular droppers then I’ll count them and send only once.

1.jpgFor all you Cosmetologist and Estheticians this is a heads up on a product that you need to check out for your clients that have facial hair. I have been lucky and have not had to experience the humiliation and shame that’s associated with too much testosterone that I have grown a beard or mustache or witches warts with a hair growing which should never be under a Cosmetologists care anyhow, but I have been involved with many that have had many bad experiences and have told me many different stories which I will tell you about when I come back from visiting my Son.

For those of you that have questions and want to know more about how you can lessen those horrible black stubby hairs that make you feel less like a woman and make you hide in shame then you really should find out more information from and about a product that might help you and that product is Reductase-5 . There are many beauty experts that are recommending this product and although it’s not totally natural from the reports I read on the site many women are  so pleased that I got very excited.

Just Because You Have Opinions That Doesn’t make You Opinionated

jude8753 | Beauty Misc | Thursday, 18 September 2008

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between having an opinion and being opinionated? Well, I actually never really gave it a thought till today because everyone has an opinion about any and everything. We form opinions through living, knowledge, and experiencing things and very often we like to share those opinions. They are our thoughts and ideas so we can think what we want, but not everyone may want to hear them. Just because someone has an opinion doesn’t make it right, but if it can be verified it then becomes a fact and not and opinion.

When someone is opinionated they have very strong views and are usually very vocal when sharing their opinions and they certainly always believe that they are right. Many are very unreasonable and stubborn and will not even consider the idea that their opinion might be wrong. I tend to shy away from this type of person because there is no give and take and it doesn’t matter what subject you bring up believe me they have an opinion and according to them it’s the only one that should be considered.

When I worked in the salon I was often asked my opinion about color and what I thought would look good with their skin tone or which cut I thought would be suitable for them and since they valued my knowledge they usually accepted my opinion. We would discuss the options and of course if they still had their heart set on a certain cut which I knew wouldn’t be flattering I didn’t try to over ride what they wanted because in the end the only opinion that mattered was the clients.

I have many opinions, but if I admire someone then I will always listen to theirs and I can easily let go of some opinions that I have formed, I can be flexible and I’m not narrow minded. There are only a few that I stubbornly hold on to and no one could ever convince me they are wrong, but those I keep to myself and never share them. I really don’t think of myself as being an opinionated person because sometimes depending on what they are talking about I have no opinion what so ever so I offer nothing and make it easy on myself by nodding my head.

Should Mentally Challenged Citizens Vote?

jude8753 | Beauty Misc | Tuesday, 16 September 2008

I was watching the news tonight and it seems there is a group in PA that are registering the mentally challenged and sitting them down and trying to explain the political issues and where both sides stand. They claim that these mentally challenged citizens shouldn’t be treated as second class citizens and should be able to vote. I’m sorry, but I don’t understand how these citizens can really make an informed decision.

Here’s the issue that I have with this, who is explaining these issues and which slant are they putting on what they are explaining? I am having a problem myself understanding all these issues and I still haven’t decided which way I am going to vote. I have been reading both sides and I don’t consider myself an ignorant person and I’m still trying to figure out which side I think will do the least harm to our nation.

I’d really like to hear opinions from other people about this issue. As far as I’m concerned that would be like giving a child the right to vote and giving the parent the right to sway it their way. Yes, I know children are very smart these days, but is their mind developed enough and capable to make distinctions between the different parties and what they stand for?
