I wish to thank all cosmetologist that visit this site and let you know that I do not have the time to research any more questions concerning reciprocity. If you can’t find the answers to your questions by inputting a word into my search and finding something that can help then please go to your states website and either e-mail your questions directly or call the state that you need answers for.
I am not an expert on all the states involved in this country and I do not set myself up to be an expert, rules and statutes change daily and I can not nor do I want to keep up with every state, I simply do not have the time to do research that you can do yourself by simply asking the state board that you are involved with.
