The greatest Spring vacation I ever had was my trip to Las Vegas and that was back in 82 and I fell in love with the electrifying excitement and all those lights were amazing. There is so much to see and do if you can stay out of the casinos.
I also fell in love with gambling and swore I was going to live in Nevada one day, I got the fever as the locals call it. I did move there several years later, but settled in Reno for several years because I couldn’t find work in Vegas. Everyone should be able to feel that excitement at least once, it’s magnificent.
When people go on vacations in a strange town they usually opt for the sightseeing tours to avoid all the hassles of getting lost and irritated. You will enjoy your vacation more knowing you are in good hands with the locals showing you the sights and they are always very well organized.
Things to do in Las Vegas are so numerous that you wont know which way to turn first and it will be an experience you will never forget. It’s not just for grownups your children will remember it forever also. I’m sure it has grown so much since I was last there and I would love for Bill to experience the excitement and lights. I swear if I was rich I would move back to Nevada.
Every where that Bill and I go we get lost and one year we actually circled the airport in Hamilton, Canada 3 times before he asked me how many airports they had. So it’s no wonder the kids got us a GPS system for the jeep and I’m sure it wont be any different when we go to Columbus in May, but at least now all we have to do is put the relatives address in and it will take us straight there..
I have never seen a hand held GPS system, but I just checked them and the prices are pretty expensive.
