No Guilt Chocolate

February 13th, 2008

I love chocolate, but I always feel guilty when I indulge myself. Chocolate has a soothing effect for many of us, but we do our best to stay away from it, but what if someone did a scientific study and found out that 1.oz a day could be very beneficial for us? I wouldn’t feel at all guilty then and I could actually look forward to treating myself everyday. You can read about this study at the site below and it was published in The Journal of Science and Healing, October 2007.

I was reading about a product called Intentional Chocolate and was delighted to find out I could indulge without beating myself up and with my menopause that would be a blessing and a benefit. You can also read the testimonials and here is a quote from their site of what the intention is for this chocolate “Whoever consumes this chocolate will manifest optimal health and functioning at physical, emotional and mental levels, and in particular will enjoy an increased sense of energy, vigor and well-being.”

Now if that doesn’t alleviate guilt then I don’t know what will. Too bad I didn’t find this site earlier because this would have been a great Valentine gift, plus very beneficial, but it doesn’t have to be a gift, I can simply buy it for myself for medicinal purposes. I have never heard of Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate till today even though it was founded in 1992 and The Intentional Chocolate Company, LLC, is the sister company to them. That’s the company that produces the Intentional Chocolate…Yay Me.
