Answer: I, myself would keep my Pa. license current encase I ever decided to move back, but if you decide not to here is what Oregon says in their rules and regulations.
(3) Oregon Certification by Reciprocity: The Board recognizes other states’, and at its discretion may recognize other countries’, education, examination and licensing requirements. Applicants currently certified or licensed in one or more fields of practices in another state or country will qualify for Oregon certification without examination if requirements of have been met:
(a) The applicant shall arrange for the originating regulatory authority to forward directly to the agency a current and original “Affidavit of Licensure” document, signed by an authorized representative of the regulatory authority and affixed with an official seal or stamp to the document.
The document may be electronically transmitted to the agency from the originating state. The applicant is responsible for payment of any service fee the originating state may assess for producing the affidavit.

it is easy to transfer to Oregon. I transfered there from Florida, no problem. Cost me about $110, and took about a month to get my Oregon License. Just contact the state board there. They are very helpful.
