Many states will cooperate with other countries. I suggest you talk with the admin of the school you attended and see if they can make some alternative suggestions and help. My licence is due in March 09, I have not practiced cosmetology for a couple of years am I still going to have to take test's to get my license in Oklahoma or can I just transfer it and pay fees?
