I just watched an episode of Oprah today about this very subject and how sad it is that we go through so much before we learn to do these things, but the great thing is each day is a new opportunity to start over. Take care of you!

I totally agree with prioritizing and meditation. I really started prioritizing back in '94 when my father passed away suddenly. I was close to him and so it was very hard for me. I couldn't have made it without God's comfort. And that experience, although painful, helped me to decide what things were truly important in my life and what things needed to be weeded out.
I depend on meditation to achieve balance, too. For me, my favorite meditation times are to have "quiet time" first thing in the morning or go for a walk at sunset. It's those times that I meditate, talk to God and sometimes pour my heart out to him. I have done Yoga in the past, and that is a great time to meditate as well.
